Tamnak Ho or Newlyweds Residential Hall

Tamnak Ho, the first structure to be built in Bang Khun Phrom Palace, was a residence for newlyweds , HRH Prince of Nakorn Sawan, a son of H.M. King Chulalongkorn, and his consort , HSH Princess Prasomgsom Chaiyant. They were married on August 17,1903.

In 1998 His Majesty the King had Tamnak Ho dismantled and rebuilt in Dusit Palace. Today, Tamnak Ho is used to exhibit personal effects of H.M. Queen Rambhai Bhanee, Queen Consort of King Rama VII, transferred from Sukhothai Palace. Artifacts and pottery of the Sukhothai and Ayutthaya periods from shipwreck sites in the Gulf of Thailand are also on display here.
